Winter and cold weather is truly upon us. Please note that all thermostats are to be set at a minimum of 55 F degrees.

Winter Parking Rules are posted on every entrance door--- please take note make sure any guests follow them as well so that we can remove snow efficiently.

Our Annual Meeting in January did not yield a quorum, therefore the meeting has been rescheduled for Saturday, March 7th, 2026 at 10am. Owners—please keep a lookout for Notice, Agenda and Proxy forms in your mailbox.
